I had been busy over the summer working on a print for Acme for their ‘Join the Alliance’ limited print release going on in September. This has been approved by Acme and Lucasfilm and I was given the ok to post it. I decided to pick a scene from A New Hope that was not in the film but but you can imagine this may have been how it happened.
I included a minor detail into the scene for the sake of continuity. In the following scene in the film where the Rebels rush to meet Luke as he gets out of his X-Wing, just before you see Han coming up to congratulate Luke, you can make out he arrives on a rebel transport and jumps off. In my pic I have the transport driving toward Han and Chewie to come pick them up.

The dates for the release will be from September 5th through September 15th on Acme’s Dark Ink site.

This has been a long time coming, and it’s finally here! The four part mini-comic Empire of the Wolf published by Alterna Comics, debuts on Comixology!Created by Michael Kogge (Star Wars: The Despotica) and Dan Parsons (Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi, Star Wars: Legacy), this is an epic tale of Romans battling werewolves! The comic is penciled by Dan and myself, also colored by me and colorist Chris Summers.

Comic Con is here again, and I will be in Artists’ Alley table II-18, same as last year. I will be doing on site art commissions, plus I will have some brand new prints including some characters of my own creation! Come by and check them out!

I’ve been working on this over the last few weeks, and I’m pretty excited about it as it is a bit of a departure from my usual art. It is to be used as a book cover for an upcoming independent novel to be sold as an e-book. Had a lot of fun doing it and it gave me more practice painting in Photoshop! I will post a pic of it with the titles and details on the author soon. More details when it becomes available for purchase!

Hey everyone, here’s an update – Titan Publishing offered me another assignment to illustrate for the Star Wars Insider. This story, written by Alexander Freed,  is titled ‘The Last Battle of Colonel Jace Malcom’, set in the Old Republic era.

I was given an assignment by the nice folks at Titan Publishing to illustrate their short fiction for the Star Wars Insider Magazine. I am so grateful to be given this opportunity as I had been trying to get this for several years. I did three illustrations for a story based around Myri Antilles, Wedge Antilles’ daughter who is working as an undercover spy. The story was written by Karen Miller.
This was published in the August/Spetember issue of Star Wars Insider, U.S. Issue 135.
